- Is Dr. Sol Haber still practicing?
- No. Dr. Haber has retired from practice. He no longer sees patients and is not affiliated with the treatment provided at our office.
- Where did Dr. Haber's practice go?
- Brooklyn Periodontics & Implant Dentistry acquired the goodwill of his practice. We are located at 26 Court Street, Suite 1507 in Downtown Brooklyn, and we welcome his former patients.
- Who has my dental records?
- We do. Dr. Haber's patient records transferred with the practice. Call or email us and we will pull your chart, or send you a copy on request.
- Do I still call the same phone number?
- Yes. Dr. Haber's former office number now rings in our office. Our main line, (718) 643-1953, reaches the same team.
- Are the doctors oral surgeons too?
- Dr. Zidile and Dr. Choi are board-certified periodontists, specialists in gum disease, bone grafting, and dental implant surgery, including extractions and full-arch implant reconstruction. If a case is better handled by another specialist, we will tell you and help you get there.
- Do you take my insurance?
- We work with most major PPO plans and will give you a written fee and insurance breakdown before treatment is scheduled. Bring your card, or list your plan on the appointment form and we will check it in advance.
